advising an airport on strategic RMA issues
major commercial/industrial and residential property development projects
assisting a number of clients with select committee submissions on the proposed RM reform

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic solicitor with up to approximately 5 years’ PQE to join our Auckland-based team.
The role is a stimulating and challenging one that will suit an ambitious lawyer looking to make the next step in their career at a firm with top clients. You’ll have opportunities to take the initiative and demonstrate your abilities advising a range of sophisticated corporate clients on important projects and strategy, but you’ll also have the support and combined experience of the entire team behind you.
We work collaboratively across the firm, and the successful applicant will work closely with all three Partners on a wide range of matters.

About you
The successful candidate will likely have:
Top grades in their law degree, and up to five years' PQE
An interest and/or experience in environment law
An ability to work as part of the team, and the confidence to work independently
An ability to think critically, with a strong client focus
First-rate communication skills
Strong relationship-building skills, for colleagues and clients
